I hurt my back at work; possibly a herniated disc. I'm not able to sit for very long at the moment so that makes replying to threads from my home computer difficult. Thanks guys for the well wishes. I am moving better while walking, but still can't sit for very long. Actually laying flat on my back is best, but I can't get anything done from there. What can I say I'm a much better caregiver than a patient.
