• Evil makes it's return

Dark and a cold place. Those were words that had been used often to describe the universe. However they were also words that had been used on several occasions to describe the heart of the Sith. The Sith, the true evil of the universe. The unstoppable evil. You could kill every Sith, yet another would always arise and the evil would return to glory in the universe and an empire would grow strong out of the ruins of the past. This is what had happened. An empire had been toppled and another had grown out of the ruins and into glory. It was to this Empire that evil was returning to.

Years ago, one Sith Master had conspired to bring change to the Empire. Change had come of it, and the empire had grown strong in his absence. However at the same time, it had grown weak. It had lost an edge for a collective peace ruled the galaxy. Not the iron fist that was pictured in the mind of this Sith. He had come to make them see that, and make them take action. And more importantly, take up arms with them, and return the force of evil to the galaxy.

The gun metal gray shuttle streaked through the emptyness of space, Dyne Darkforce at the controls. Vengence amired the ease at which he piloted the craft, and the skill he displayed. This one had potential.. This one would not only be one to watch, but one to mentor. One day soon, his name would be spoken in the same breath as the Sith greats, and his name would cause the souls of many to cower.

The body of the other Sith Knight, Laran Katern lay in the corner. He was still in a coma, the after affects of the event that had taken place a day ago. The Sith Master also thought highly of him. He had shown no fear when he had been subjected to the wrath of Vengence. Deadly talent lay sleeping in this Sith, and soon it would be awaken. Of that Vengence was sure.

The shuttle suddenly slowed, coming out of lightspeed. Vengence gave his head a quick shake as he came out of his meditation. The were now in empirical space.

"Hail the Empire and let them know of our arrival. Have them meet us where we land. I have much to discuss with them"

Soon he would be among his fellow Sith again. And soon there would be hell to pay in the galaxy, and blood would be shed. All at the hand of the Sith.

A general call came into the Siths room as he stood in front of a shrine laced with candles that gave off sweet aromas and fragrances. Kneeling there he opened his eyes as the audio message played, his hair damp with sweat as he arched back his head. Wings on his back moved almost to unwrap before settling back in their settled state for the time when flight was needed or desired.

It had been an strange sensation he felt in the force, one was of a familiar signature although weakened, the other he thought he recognized from a time long ago but could not place it. Gathering his garments he slipped on the black robes with the red Sith markings etched into the fabric, light as a feather the clothes were made to offer the best protection also against small blades.

Entering out of the dark room he kneeled in an race like position as his wings stretched out from beneath his back, with blinding speed he launched forward, his feet lifting off the ground as he massive wings beat upon the air as he soared down the hallway.

In the distance two storm troopers entered into a lift to take them several floors above, as the doors shut the Sith tapped a button upon an gauntlet he wore as the lift went up the doors opened once more opened below. Swooping below the lift as it was already above the Sith descended below without the aide of machinery, keeping his wings tightly wrapped around him now he fell far and quickly, a hand reached out to grab on a cable gripping it hard slowing his descent. Skin began to burn and shred in his hand against the cable as he got closer and closer to the needed floor.

The door opened as the Sith shot his body outwards in motion, skidding against he floor he placed hand out to meet the wall and felt the sharp pain flow up his entire arm as the impact stopped him one jarring motion. He would need to stop doing that he thought. Moving his shoulder to make sure the damage was not too severe he walked forward as he held up his hand, layers of skin had been ripped on his palm and there now was a large red pool of blood over his hand. Placing the hand to his mouth he ran his tongue over his wound as he continued on to meet the arrivals.

    Blood was life.

Time. Time was all the stood between him and being amongst his fellow Sith again. And time was counting down. That could only mean one thing - bad news for everyone else.

The shuttle approached the planet, moving quickly through space. As it came closer to it's destination, Vengence could sense the people on the planet, their presences growing stronger and stronger. There were many that he hadn't felt before, but still a few that were from old times. Rama Sha, Jedah Lynch, Lady Dia, Lord Firebird, all from the past. He hoped the would give him the opportunity to speak. And if they wouldn't, well he would have to take matters into his own hands.

As if to prepare for that scenario, Vengence rose out of his seat in the back, and began to prepare himself. First it was his lightsaber. The hilt had been crafted from the most precious metals, and then coated in cortosis. The handle was molded so that it would fit perfectly in his hands, his insignia engraved, cut into it with a fine laser. Always a one to prepare for any occasion, the hilt had been balanced, should the need to throw it arise. In the past, the weapon's blade had been many colors. Vengence had decided to return it's color to the original, a bright crimson color. With a quick flick of the switch, Vengence activated the saber, and took a few cuts with it. A sinister smile formed on his lips as he gazed into the bright blade. It had been a while since he had used this prized weapon, but he was sure his skill with it was still there. And he would be prepared to demonstrate that skill if need be. The weapon was clipped to his belt, and he returned to readying himself.

A large blade, about a foot in lentgh gleamed in the light, as it hung from the wall. Vengence picked it up, looked into the blade and smiled. Another weapon that he was extremly proficient with, as many had seen and many more had experienced. He twirled it around in his hand, and then sheathed it in his boot. With that, he felt he was ready to meet the members of the council.

From the back of the ship, Vengence emerged, taking a seat beside Dyne as he piloted the ship.

"Tell me about the Empire and it's members. What has it been up to while I have been away. Who is at the helm, so to speak?"

Dyne was guiding the sleek ship through space, nearing the Sith planet for landing. As Sith Master Vengence sat down next to him, he was perplexed by the question asked by him. Then again, it had probably been awhile since the great Sith had been here. Dyne realized earlier what Vengence was trying to get him to do. He was the only one besides Laran that knew how to get there, and since Laran was out, it was in his hands to get there. The Sith knight glanced at Vengence then thought about his question.

"Well, there have been some changes in leadership at the Empire."

There was a pause from Dyne as he checked at the navigation system to see how far they were now. He could see the planet now through the cockpit. It was only a matter of time before they reached the final destination. Still, there was enough time to let him give a rundown to Master Vengence.

"The Coven departed from the Empire as did Sith Master Ogre Mal Pannis, Lordess Dalethria Mal Pannis, Sith Master Havok and Lordess Sith Kat. There were others to depart as well."

The Sith knight couldnt help but feel so different as his Force powers were basically gone while talking. There was a different aura around him, a different sense of feeling for the enviornment. Dyne either did as the Sith Master asked or just kiss his powers good bye pretty much, not to mention the fact that Laran was not well.

"Now the Sith Council is made up of some members you probably know and a few new ones. First there is Sith Master Rama Sha, Sith Master Jedah Lynch, and Sith Master Lady Diamante. Those two are accompanied by Sith Master Dara Shadowtide and Lord Darth Snack."

"They make the major decisions at the Empire then there are always the members which come and join and some which dont last and leave."

The three in the ship approached closer as he talked away. Dyne was wondering if he had covered everything. For the most part, he probably would as the rest Vengence would have no problem finding out. He could tell that the Sith Master could feel the Force presence of the others on the planet in the Dark Side.

"The old ways of training and such are still the same as they have been for the most part, some parts are added in and done different to make things efficient. The fleet part of the Empire has been done away with to make it go back to the traditional way of things. Meaning, just Sith themselves, no high-tech fleets involved."

"Nothing out of the ordinary which you cant fit into."

Dyne looked at Vengence, and gave a slight nod, wondering how Laran was as well. The navigation system signaled Dyne that they were at the planet now and needed clearance for landing. The knight had gone through a lot of events recently, not saying he was tired would be a lie. He looked at Vengence, awaiting for him to give the go ahead to contact below.

        "Anything else?"

"No, nothing further. Open the door and let us go meet the Empire. You shall leave first. IF there is any sign, any sign whatsoever of a trap or anything suspicious, you will warn me. Otherwise, your powers will remain lost to you forever. And you woudln't want to be reduced to a hasbeen, do you?"

Vengence did not wait for Dyne to respond, he knew what his answer would be. Force users loathed it when they were blind when ysalarmi were around. To go their entire life, lost to the force would be a living hell.

He watched Dyne rise out of his seat and make his way to the controls for the door, flickign them. The door responded with a hiss and sliding open slowly. He made his way out of the ship.

Vengence smiled evily. It was time. It was time to rejoin his Empire.

:: Phantom watched from the Darkness as Vengence made his return, he had the Force stopping ysalarmi with him though it made no difference to Phantom. He had been trained to fight and kill without the aid of the Force, but his reason being here was not to Kill Vengence, but to Welcome him. He made remained still and hiden as he saw his Brother Dyne exit the craft, if he needed help Phantom would know ::

"For whom do you wait Phantom?"

:: Rama approached him........but sneered a little when he felt the effects of ysalarmi. Not haveing the force was like suddenly becomeing deaf to all things, and he did not like it. ::

                Evil makes it's return.

Dyne stepped all the way outside the ship, stepping to the side and watched as Vengence emerged from the shadows of the ship. His brother Lord Phantom and Sith Master Rama could see him clearly now and he noticed that the ysalamri nearby were taking its effect on them. He knew there wouldnt be any trap obviously set for Vengence. Dyne was curious as to what events would unfold now as the older members would see Vengence again. After all, this was the first time he had see Master Vengence in person as well. Some of the newer members would have the chance of seeing a veteran. The knight stood to the side quietly, as there was nothing else to be done right now.

                  Re: Evil makes it's return.

:: Phantom grinned as Rama approched him in the Shadows, he turned slightly and nodded ::

" My brother M'Lord. Dyne is on that ship as is another, another I'm sure you know all too well.. "

:: Phantom watches as Vengence leaves the comfort of his ship. Phantom had known Vengence before he left the Empire, he was familiar with his work in the Dark Arts. Phantom motioned to Vengence ::

" Speak of the Devil. "

::Chaos took a spot beside Phantom. He needed to ask him something, but it semmed unimportant now. It felt as he was in a black hole. He could not even feel the others around him. He reconized Dyne as he exited. the other he did not right away. Chaos was lucky. His robotic part of his brain was based on the design for IG-88. His arm was a weapon. Robotic as well.::

"Lord Phantom. Who else comes this way?"

:: Though he could not use the Force Phantom was still very aware of his surroundings, he had been trained as a Elite Soldier. Phantom nodded to Chaos ::

" Lord Vengence. A member of old, he was around when I joined. "

                      :: He whispered softly ::

:: Sith Master Dara Shadowtide sensed a familiar presence as she sat at her desk in her personal study in headquarters. Chills ran up her spine as she rose to her feet and grabbed her weaponry to head toward the source. Just as she was about to leave her quarters, a chime sounded and alerted her that one of her apprentices was in the Council room. It was Sith Knight Dyne Darkforce accompanied by an unknown man. Walking down the hallway toward the main chamber, her twin sabers swung back and forth gently as the cool metal of her blaster pressed against the outside of her upper thigh in its holster.

As the large ebony doors of the Council room swung open, Dara immediately felt all the darkness within her wane. It was as if the Dark Side she had grown so accustomed to residing within her had temporarily suspended. Feeling the rage build but not the usual surge of dark energy, she looked around the room and saw the small furry salamanderlike creature next to a shrouded man. With a swift and skilled motion, she pulled her blaster from her holster fired off several rounds into its body as fur and blood splattered where it once had resided.

With an evil grin, she nodded to those present and took time to notice a very haggard looking apprentice of hers.. Sith Knight Dyne Darkforce. Her eyes travelled from Dyne to the man as she spoke between clenched teeth as her green eyes bore into his ::

"What did you do to my apprentice.. and why shouldn't I just kill you right now where you stand?"

:: Dara sees Rama's hand extend out in front of her and comes to the conclusion that he most likely knows this man far better than she does. Trusting Rama's judgement as always, Dara nods to her fellow council member and crosses her arms in front of her while looking back over at the unknown man. All would be revealed soon enough ::

:: A Sinister and Evil grin swept over Phantom's face as Dara reached her boiling point, He had rarly seen her that angry and he loved it. His right hand slowly moved into his cloak as he rests his hand upon his saber, he would not let what happened to Athena happen to his Brother. Granted he knew Vengence from days long past, but then again he was a Sith. Phantom watched more eagerly then ever as Rama raised his hand to Dara, stopping her attack ::
