Some places provide a place to host your sig and some do not, so if that is a concern you might want to ask up front. I would also suggest having a picture in mind that you like to represent your character (make sure no one else on the boards is currently using it by asking around) and then decide what colors you might like used, the text on your signature and the color of your saber/other weapons your character wields. Hope this helps.
