:: Sith Master Dara Shadowtide looks up from her council chair to see an unusual sight.. a woman with a baby. Her brow furrows and she speaks to the woman ::

"You seek to join us today, Miss?"

Alana was still very apprehensive about being here. As she hears the woman's voice echo in the Council chambers, she looks over towards her, nodding once as she adjusts her son's weight in her arms.

:: Dara skeptically looked at the woman and then the child ::

"Exactly how old is your child?"

Alana sighs. From that sigh, her son's age of three was heard. Maybe her husband had been wrong about the two of them coming here. Maybe ... oh, there were too many maybes. She looks up to the woman with her son in her arms still.

[Dara Shadowtide]

"I am one of the leaders here on the council. We do not accept members that young here at the Sith Empire. There is no benefit that a child of three could give this organization on the battleground at that age. We are not a daycare.. we are not a safe haven.. we are not here to coddle youngsters until they are of age to contribute to this group on the battleground. We are a group of Sith who train and better our skills so that we may go out and extend the grasp of the Dark Side using any evil and brutal means possible. Return in ten years or so, and his membership will be considered only at that time."

:: The Sith Master rises from her chair and gestures to the door in which the woman came in ::

"The exit is that way. I suggest you leave quickly."

Alana's son lifts his head and looks to the Councilwoman. His eyes seem to glow a deep crimson, flickering flames appear to rise from the iris then it dimishes just as quickly. Was it an illusion the boy created? Alana wouldn't know, she hadn't seen it as her back was turned to the woman as she walked to the door. Without warning, something that was sitting off to the side of the room suddenly hurled itself towards the woman then stopped and hovered before her eyes, turning slowly then it settles once again on the floor before her. This happens just before the boy is gone from sight, the door closing behind Alana as she departs.

:: Dara held up her hand and held the object in midair before pushing it backwards. Nothing would change the fact that the Sith Empire was not a place for toddlers. The Sith Master shook her head and then left the area through the heavily encrypted side entrance for council members only ::
