A gleaming light enters the hall....
A gleaming light enters the hall, and a young man enters the great recruietment center. His blonde hair is bright behind the outside light, and no clear view of his face is visible. At about 5' 9", he appears to be nothing special. He was dressed in a small shirt, covered by a yellow and blue jacket. Slowly, he walks through the hall. Not seeing or hearing anybody, the lad calls out:
"Greetings. My name is Mykel Kael. I have been dreaming of someday being able to learn the ways of your order. I hope you are able to hear me, as I have traveled many miles on my journey. "
He raises his arm to adjust his jacket, and a lightsaber pouch is shown on his belt.
"I hope to be trained under the jedi, for I admire your ways."
He stands alone, awaiting a reply.

A lone figure circumvented in the LightForce, responded to the new arrival's decree, as she made her way over to him in a regal grace.
"Greetings, Mikel, I am Jedi Knight Aura. Welcome to the Students of the Light. Please, tell me about yourself, and why you wish to join this order."
Aura smiled as her warmth radiated throughot the room, brushing against his senses, easing his anxiety.

Mykel steps forward into the light.
"Aura, Excuse me if I don't speak as much as others. I have spent most of my life alone, wandering from place to place. I have learned not to depend on others, but to survive on my own."
Mykel takes a deep breath.
"I was abandoned by both parents at a young age. I lived in foster type homes until I was 16, when I went out on my own. I have been searching for the Students of My Life ever since."
" I wish to join because I have dreamed of this all my life. I respect the ways of the jedi because they will fight for what is good. I have wandered far, but I believ I have found my place to stop."
"Thank you for listening"
Mykel stands smiling at Aura.

"Mykel we are not in control of our early lives. Our paths have already been traipsed upon. We learn from mistakes, tragedy, and experience, as they mold us into our very own unique makeup. I lost both my parents in a Sith raid, yet I do not allow anger to control my emotions and thoughts. These are the ways of the Sith, as they gain power through the Dark Force."
Aura then smiled as she placed a hand upon his shoulder.
"You do not know how close I myself , have come to death by a Sith Master. Fear did not paralyze my conceptions, nor anger actuate my actions. Control of these negative aspects is what a Jedi strives for, as daily meditation permeates ourselves to the Force of Light. We serve the oppressed through self sacrafice. Tell me..are you prepared for the trials of the Lightside?"

: I am willing to listen and learn from anyone. If I have learned anything in my life, it is that to gain spirit, listen to those who have it.

"Please, if you would follow this droid, it will escort you to the dojo where a Jedi Knight or Master shall train you soon."
Aura bowed as she exited the room, elegantly sauntering out the door.
