Jacob had been inside the dojo today as he found a room not occupied by someone. Today the teen Apprentice would begin practicing his drills on the new form he'd learned from Master Farifax, Ataru. Knowing that his father's former student, Verrj, had told him of it and that he would be a good fit for learning it. So, he did just that. It was rough in the beginning but, with Master Farifax's guidance he was getting the basics of it. He just needed practice and experience more so then anything.
So, taking his training blade the teen pressed the button holding it parallel to his face. Like he'd been taught to by N'yssa. The blue hued blade snapped to life and he began leaping and cutting down with it. Slicing across and then vertically the teen began his many drills he'd placed for himself. Doing what he could till he felt ready to spar with someone. Not knowing who could show up in the dojo he'd welcome them with open arms. They were his fellow Jedi after all. Even if it was a Master or someone who was just starting.
After a half hour of working through the drills, he then took a moment to catch his breath. Breathing heavily the teen Apprentice then deactivated his blade setting it on the table. Taking a seat on one of the chairs he grabbed a bottle of water drinking half of it before setting it down. Reaching into his pocket he pulled out the silver crystal that Caltin told him was rare. Smirking at it he then placed it in his hand fumbling with his 'good luck charm'.
